About me
I’m Jasper Visser. Since 2015 I’ve been helping professionals and managers find their direction again.
I worked in healthcare and government for fifteen years, the last few as the manager of a team of forty. I know how it feels to be stuck in a role that looks good from the outside.
After training as a coach (NOBCO, EIA senior practitioner) I started Koers. I work practically and directly, with plenty of room for what’s going on beneath the surface. And I’m honest when I think someone else could help you better.
When I’m not coaching, I walk the dog in the Bergbossen or read too many books at once.
