You work hard, you do well, and still something is nagging. Maybe the work isn't what it used to be, or maybe you've known for a while what you want but haven't dared to take the step.
In five conversations of an hour and a half we find out what drives you, what gives you energy and which step fits that. No standard tests that spit out a job title, but honest questions and assignments you do at home between sessions.
What the programme looks like
- Where are you? Your career so far, and what you do and don't want to keep.
- What drives you? Your values, talents and the moments you're most yourself.
- Which way? Three directions we explore together, including the scary one.
- Testing. Conversations with people in the field, a day of shadowing, a small experiment.
- Your plan. Concrete steps for the next three months.
